How to register as a Provider on APL OSC
  1. Visit secured.ampublic.com and click Create or Link an OSC Account
  2. Select "Provider" as your role — you verify benefits and claim status for APL insureds
  3. Enter your facility's Tax ID number (must match APL records). Click Next
  4. Click Continue Creating Account to create a new login
  5. Enter your email, click Send verification code — codes expire in 5 minutes
  6. Verify the code, then create a password, display name, first and last name. Click Continue
  7. Once registered, access Claim Status, File a Claim, Eligibility Verification (APL Assist) and the Resource Center from your dashboard
  8. To link multiple Tax ID accounts, use Link OSC Accounts and toggle between them via the top-right dropdown

Where to Send Claim Information

Claim submission destination depends on your carrier. Use the portal links above to file electronically — this is the fastest method. For paper submissions, please call the carrier's provider line directly for their current mailing address.

For 90 Degree Benefits claims, email biccustomersupport.t1@90degreebenefits.com. For APL, file directly through the OSC at secured.ampublic.com.

Clarification on Pending Information Notices / EOBs

If you've received a notice with a "Pending Information" status on an EOB, contact the issuing carrier directly using the numbers above. For APL, log into the OSC and use APL Assist → Verify Claim Status to see whether a claim is In Process, Approved, Denied, or Not on File. For 90 Degree Benefits, call (800) 833-4296 Option 1 or email the provider support line.
