When inquiring about a specific member, have their full name, date of birth, policy/group number, and last 4 digits of SSN ready.

This is required by carriers to access any individual claim or eligibility data.

How to set up APL OSC access (as Group Admin)
  1. Visit secured.ampublic.com and click Create or Link an OSC Account
  2. Select "Group"— you're the authorized group administrator for an employer or group
  3. Enter your organization's Tax ID and click Next
  4. Verify your email and create login credentials
  5. Access Claim Status, Eligibility Verification, and your group's Resource Center from the dashboard
  6. To manage multiple group accounts, use Link OSC Accounts to toggle between groups from one login
